480g shredded cooked chicken
320g finely shredded Chinese cabbage (Wombok)
4 scallions sliced thinly
1 bunch of fresh chopped basil
1 clove of garlic crushed
60mls Bayin Peanut oil
60mls lime juice
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of white sugar
1. Place Chicken, Chinese cabbage, scallions and basil in a large bowl.
2. Place garlic, Bayin peanut oil, juice, fish sauce and sugar in screw top jar and shake well.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
