1 can of chickpeas drained
2-4 tbsp water
2 tbsp Bayin sesame oil
1tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1½ tbsp tahini (optional)
¾ tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. If needed add additional water.
3. If you don’t have tahini don’t worry using Bayin Sesame Oil will give your hummus that sesame flavor.
4. Transfer to a bowl to serve immediately or keep covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
