25g Sesame Seeds
20g Unsalted Cashew Nuts
1 Clove of Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Large handful of Basil Leaves
5 tbsp Bayin Sesame Oil
50g Parmesan Cheese
1. In a dry frying pan over medium-high heat, toast the sesame seeds, shaking the pan frequently, until they are fragrant and pale golden brown.
2. Pour the seeds into a food processor and add all the other ingredients.
3. Blitz all the ingredients together for around 1 minute.
4. Use in pasta or great drizzled over Mozarella and tomato for a tasty version of a Caprese Salad.
