350g Thin Chinese Noodles
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves, Grated or Minced
A Pinch of Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Bayin Sesame Oil
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 Spring Onions, Thinly Sliced on the Diagonal
2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
1. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling, salted water for 6 to 8 minutes or until just cooked through. Rinse. Drain well.
2. Meanwhile combine soy sauce with garlic, chilli flakes, Bayin sesame oil, sugar and vinegar until well blended.
