450g fresh noodles
2 teaspoons Bayin Sesame oil
2 Cloves garlic crushed
2cm piece of fresh ginger (10g) grated
1 medium carrot (120g) cut into matchsticks
250g cooked shelled small prawns
1 tablespoon Malaysian curry powder
3 scallions thinly sliced
120g bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
480g shredded cooked chicken
1. Cook noodles per cooking instructions.
2. Heat Bayin Sesame oil in wok, stir fry garlic, ginger and carrot until carrot is just tender. Add prawns and curry powder.
3. Add noodles and remaining ingredients, stir fry until hot.
